 Through their many and varied expressions, the APSA contribute to strengthening the attractiveness, competitiveness and reputation of the University.

 

The service PSUAD physical activities, offers several types of sports:

Racket Sports

This year, racket sports will be offered as a free practice.
To practice the activity, it is mandatory to reserve for the “slot”

An introduction to bodybuilding Tips for program development Assessment is provided.

FREE ACTIVITY (see schedule)

No coaching, you are in charge of your own schedule.
The gym is open to all students enrolled in an activity or free activities

Towel, mandatory sport wears code, water bottle recommended

 

YOGA

Limited to 20 people per class, attendance is mandatory.

Note: The activity will not begin until early December

Written evaluation in connection with the chosen activity at the end of the semester.

Swimming

Limited to 12 people per class, attendance is mandatory.

Practical Information

 

Registration Process

To register, you shall fill up the registration form available at the sport section then drop it back completed and along with:

- 1 medical certificate (medical certificate of non objection of practicing sport and delivered only by the doctor affiliated at PSUAD and not other than 3 months)

- 1 copy of your student card

- 2 ID pictures

- Image right form signed

- Sport regulation form signed

How to register

You can register for 2 activities under the trainers’ supervision:
• An individual activity
• A team sport
• your # 2 choice will be considered based on availability (you will be informed at the end of the registrations)
• You can also freely practice certain activities, according to the planning. (Registration to "free activities" for students who do not wish for supervised activities)

 

Transportation

Some of the activities are held outside the campus. PSUAD sport section organizes shuttle buses from/to the dorms and the training fields.

• Indoor soccer (men only): 25 people per session
• volleyball (mixed): 25 people per session

Individual sports:
• wall climbing (mixed): 12 people per session
• weight training and cardio (joint)

• Taekwondo (mixed) waiting
• ballet / modern (ladies only): 15 people per session
• fitness (ladies only): 20 people
• stretching (stretching / flexibility): 20 people
• yoga (ladies only) class will be available starting from December, 20 people
