The new campus, with a capacity of 2000 students and the corresponding faculty and administrative staff, represents the ideal environment for the student life; a total of 93.000 square meters of teaching and entertainment facilities equipped with the latest technologies, with two separate blocks for students accommodation 500 male and female students in single rooms, a multi-hall cafeteria, a huge library, an auditorium with 700 seats, designed to suit all sorts of presentations, seminars, concerts and performances, a parking with a capacity of 1000 vehicles, on surface and underground, a succession of French and Arab gardens, roof-top tennis courts, multi-purpose sports halls hosting some of the best equipment in the region.

 Cafeteria:
Opening hours: Sunday-Thursday 8:00 AM to 09:00 PM / Weekends 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Location: Building 3 main floor
The Cafeteria provides a wide variety of healthy dishes for breakfast, meals, snacks, at affordable rates. There is also a wide range of coffees and teas available as well as cold drinks and confectionery. Students have the choice to either sitting in air conditional area or can also enjoy sitting on the outside deck. The kitchen is totally modern and with state of the art mechanized cooking range.
Shuttle bus services
A shuttle bus service, which guarantees safety, operates according to a strictly controlled schedule. The scheduled service is available on daily basis, during term time. It also includes a week end service. The bus is available only to the PSUAD students, therefore passengers are assured of safe, friendly, clean and comfortable transport at all times.
Medical centre:
The Medical Center is located in building 3 main floor, and is open 24hrs a day to all students at PSUAD and provides physical examinations required of students, medical check-ups, and the usual daily health services for students, faculty, and staff.
Staff : Nurses: 24hrs / Doctor: Mondays 10 AM to 1:00 PM / Wednesdays 12 PM to 03:00 PM
Academic facilities :
PSUAD provides classrooms, lecture theatres, computer labs , language labs, music room, art room, and other facilities directly related to learning are also provided.

Classrooms:
All classrooms are equipped with Mobile white board, LCD screen/ smart boards.

P PC and Language laboratories:
PC and language labs are located in building 4 and 5 of the campus (3 in ground floor and 1 in first floor). Computers can be freely accessed from 9am to 8.30pm. Students wishing to undertake research on the internet, to work on drafts of a project, to develop their knowledge of information technology, to communicate via new technologies... are permitted to access this room under the guidance of a professor. Every student has, within the University, access to the internet and a personal email address.

Lecture theatres:
The University also has 2 spacious lecture theaters equipped with LCD, projector, video conferencing unit, visual presenter , translation booth and interpreter set ( in ‘’Robert de Sorbon’’ only).
‘’Robert de Sorbon’’ located in building 4 can accommodate up to 154 students.
‘’Richelieu’’ theatre located in building 5 can accommodate up to 156 students.
Those lecture rooms are available for extension lectures, guest lectures, academic conferences…….

Break out room for Art activities
The break out room for art activities is located in building 4.
Auditorium
The auditorium has a capacity of 680 seats and 9 VIP chairs. It is used for concerts, lectures, conferences and other major events.
Prayer rooms
Separate prayer rooms are available for both make and female :The male prayer room is located in building 4- room 118 and the female prayer room is located in building 5- room 121.
Vending:
Snack food and beverage vending machines are available in convenient locations such as classrooms hallway ( Building 4) as well as male and female residences.
ATM machine
ATM/ cash machine is located at the entrance to the Cafeteria and is a member of most member of ATM network. Its services are provided 24 hours a day.
