Methods of payment and Refund policy
PSUAD accepts cheques, credit cards, direct deposit or bank tranfers for tuition and fee. All payments have to be made in UAE Dirham (AED); the national currency of the United Arab Emirates.

Please note starting January 2011, cash payment will no longer be accepted.

Please click the above title "Methods of payment and Refund policy" for PSUAD bank details and information related to the different methods of payment.
Installment possibilities are also largely detailed, but should you need our assistance to define the option matching with personal situation, please do not hesitate to contact us, we’ll be pleased to assist you.

Finally, and since tracking each payment is crucial, please remember to provide us with name, student ID (if any), and receipt copy each time you process a payment.

The Finance Department team will also assist you in case you decide to withdraw from Residence and/or university programs. Refundable amounts and necessary steps to be taken are detailed in this section.

Please note that only a written notification may start the process and that refunds can be made only by transfers to your bank account or by issuing cheques in your name in UAE Dirham.
