It was in spring 2007, a year after the University’s first courses started, that the «Friends of Paris-Sorbonne Abu Dhabi» association was founded. This was initiated by a group of French and Emirati people, keen to support unfailingly the development of a prestigious and extraordinary project, with regard to its impact on future generations.

Members of «Friends of Paris-Sorbonne Abu Dhabi» are convinced that access to higher education and culture is a primary step towards economic development and human beings well being. They truly believe in the moral duty of citizens, be they UAE nationals or expats, towards supporting projects aiming to broaden the young generations’ knowledge and to  open up to them a multicultural environment. In this regard, access to studies at Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi will act as an example.
