Impressive Student and Employer Turnout at Sorbonne Booth
Abu Dhabi 29 April 2014 – Paris – Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi has joined exhibitors at Al Ain Education and Career Fair (AECF), held under the patronage of HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Culture, Youth and Social Development, at Al Ain Convention Center. PSUAD’s participation aims to present its wide range of quality study programs and well-rounded educational experiences to national and international students. Sorbonne Abu Dhabi staff at the university’s booth offer extensive information and useful tips to high-school students who will soon join higher education, in addition to university students interested in graduate programs.
The 2014 Al Ain Education and Career Fair is a perfect opportunity for students and parents, as well as employers seeking to recruit highly skilled university graduates, to interact with Sorbonne Abu Dhabi officers to learn about the university’s academic offerings and inquire in detail about programs. The Sorbonne Abu Dhabi booth also provides guidance and advice on application and other processes.
Sorbonne Abu Dhabi noted that the event serves to enlighten students on the major specializations, requirements, admissions procedures and application, in order for them to choose the program best suited for them and plan their university career based on their talents and intellectual and personal interests.

Sorbonne Abu Dhabi will be introducing, over the coming years, numerous new programs that cater to the job market. The university will also have new Master’s and PhD programs. There will be new additions to our community services, student services and academic cooperation with international educational institutions.”
The Sorbonne Abu Dhabi booth saw an impressive turnout of visiting students and business employers interested in hiring graduates holding prestigious, international degrees. Employers lauded Sorbonne Abu Dhabi’s services while several visitors commented that they had become interested in Sorbonne Abu Dhabi long before visiting the fair, through the accounts of friends studying at the university and through social media. Visitors remarked that PSUAD’s programs are closely aligned with job market needs and demands and that the university offers unique specializations that are not available elsewhere.
Sorbonne Abu Dhabi offers distinctive yet identical education to Sorbonne Paris through the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), with all diplomas issued in Paris.
