Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is proud to co-host the 9th International Conference on Future Smart Cities (FSC 2026), taking place online on 8–9 December 2026, in collaboration with the International University of Rabat (UIR) and the Rabat School of Mines (ENSMR), Morocco.
Now in its ninth edition, FSC brings together researchers, academics, and professionals to explore how technology, data-driven solutions, and innovative urban strategies can shape more livable, resilient, sustainable, and inclusive cities. The conference takes an interdisciplinary approach, covering themes such as AI and digital urban intelligence, innovative urban planning and design, future mobility, climate action, human-centred cities and social equity, urban governance, resilience, smart infrastructure, and environmental sustainability.
Selected papers will be considered for publication in Springer's Advances in Science, Technology & Innovation (ASTI) series, alongside other IEREK Press publishing opportunities.
