What are the admission requirements? • French Baccalaureate with a minimum final average of 12/20 or High School Diploma with a minimum 80% average (or equivalent) • French Aptitude Certificate: minimum score of B2 level (accepted certificates: DU issued by Sorbonne University, DELF, TEF, TCF and SELFEE). Students with a French Baccalaureate are exempted from the language proficiency exam

The degree curriculum aims to develop analytical tools to understand better contemporary society and critical thinking on ethical, political, social and cultural issues. It emphasises logical and critical thinking, knowledge theory, ethic and political philosophy. It develops analytical, investigation, argumentation and assessment capabilities. The sociology programme emphasises the link between sociological theory and empirical research
