France and the United Arab Emirates share a common vision: placing research and innovation at the heart of their development and international influence.

Both nations are investing in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and space to build the solutions of tomorrow.

This shared ambition is based on complementary strengths — scientific and technological excellence, and a strong capacity for innovation and experimentation — that make Franco-Emirati cooperation a major strategic lever for generating high-impact scientific, academic, and economic projects.

About the forum

Bringing together 100 French and Emirati leading researchers, universities, research centers, start-ups, tech companies, and major innovation actors from both countries, this high-level forum will focus on three strategic domains shaping the future:

- Artificial Intelligence

- Quantum Technologies

- Space
