Voices of AI 2026 – 2nd Edition of the UAE-France Business Forum

Voices of AI is a business forum building bridges between UAE and France AI ecosystems and facilitating collaborations. Under the esteemed patronage of H.E. Nicolas Niemtchinow, Ambassador of France to the UAE, and organized in collaboration with Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry ADCCI, Team France Export: Business France, Bpifrance, French Embassy Regional Economic Dept, La French Tech Abu Dhabi-Dubai, French Foreign Trade Advisors, and Sorbonne Abu Dhabi, this forum is a premier gathering designed to ignite collaboration across the entire AI value chain, from R&D and academia to investment and entrepreneurship.

As the collaboration between the UAE and France in AI has entered a "Strategic Acceleration" phase as of early 2026, it has moved into massive infrastructure investments and joint industrial applications. The main objective of this second edition is to facilitate business opportunities development for French and Emirati AI players by:

• Enabling French and Emirati AI startups seeking funding to pitch their solutions and services aligned with the AI sector’s scope of interest of UAE ecosystem

• Enhancing the visibility of French expertise in AI in the UAE through concrete demonstrations and use cases from companies already established in the region.

• Creating a sustainable platform for exchange between the AI ecosystems of both countries, by facilitating connections among public, private, and academic stakeholders.

• Mobilizing key players in France (French Tech, clusters, specialized consulting firms, competitiveness hubs) to attract new French AI startups and support their entry into the Emirati market.

• Fostering targeted industry collaborations.

This year’s theme, “If data is the oil, artificial intelligence is the engine,” highlights the critical role of AI in transforming data into tangible value and driving the next wave of economic and industrial growth. Key themes and sectors, including Data Sovereignty, Data Protection, Healthcare, Retail, Luxury and much more, will be addressed by leading companies and institutions through insights and contributions.
