Biographie
Dr. Liah Shonhe is a distinguished Records and Information Management Professional and Academic. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Management and E-Governance from Dalian University of Technology, China (2025), which builds upon her foundational qualifications: a Master's degree in Archives and Records Management (2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies (2013), both earned from the University of Botswana. She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Research Department (SAFIR) and a Lecturer in the History Department.
