Yesterday, Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) hosted the UAE University Leadership Consortium, bringing together presidents, provosts, and senior leaders from eight universities across Abu Dhabi to discuss academic collaboration and shared research opportunities.
The event was opened by Ebrahim Alhajri, President of Khalifa University, and Eric Xing, President and University Professor at MBZUAI. Discussions focused on fostering a more connected, resilient, and agile higher education ecosystem in the UAE. The conversations were supported by a formal charter establishing the Consortium as a structured body with a collective voice for higher education in the UAE and beyond.
