Guillaume Fiquet is in charge of international relations and economic partnerships at the Presidence Office of Sorbonne University, where he oversees international relations, partnership policies, and business community connections. His efforts are focused on the European 4EU+ Alliance and various strategic partnerships worldwide. He also promotes synergies between economic and academic international partnerships by fostering collaboration through Sorbonne University.
His research specializes in the physics of planetary interiors. He is recognized as a Fellow of the Geochemical Society and the European Association of Geochemistry, he has received the CNRS Silver Medal and the Mineralogical Society of America Award. For nearly a decade, he served as director of the Institute of Mineralogy, Physics of Materials and Cosmochemistry (IMPMC) at Sorbonne University.
