Student Complaint:
- Handling of student complaints, wellbeing concerns, and behavioral incidents.
- Document and track student cases while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure timely follow-up, maintain accurate case tracking logs, and close cases through consistent monitoring and daily record updates.
Student Wellbeing & Support:
- Conduct wellbeing check-ins with students experiencing personal, social, or academic challenges.
- Provide guidance and practical support to help students navigate university life and campus resources.
- Identify students requiring additional assistance and coordinate referrals to appropriate university or external support services.
- Monitor and follow up on student wellbeing cases to ensure appropriate support and intervention.
Students of Determination (SOD) Support:
- Coordinate academic and campus accommodations for Students of Determination in collaboration with faculty and relevant departments.
- Support the implementation of inclusive practices to ensure accessibility throughout the student journey.
- Maintain documentation related to accommodations and support plans.
Peer Tutor and Mentor Programs:
- Assist in the coordination of Peer Tutor and Peer Mentor programs.
- Support recruitment, scheduling, and monitoring of peer support activities.
- Coordinate workshops and training sessions that support student academic success.
Wellbeing and success Events:
- Assist in planning, executing, and promoting wellbeing events, awareness campaigns, and a success workshop. Coordinate logistics, liaise with departments and partners, and support peers and student participation in university-wide initiatives.
Policies, Procedures & Reporting:
- Assist in updating section policies and procedures in alignment with university strategies and standards.
- Maintain accurate case tracking logs and support documentation of student services.
- Prepare reports related to student wellbeing services and activities.
Related Duties:
