Regalia Payment
Your Graduation Regalia is priced at 400 AED and you are invited to pay before collecting it by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.

Dates and Timings:
From Monday 30 September to Friday 11 October at the Career Centre, SUAD Campus.
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
It is important to collect your graduation regalia during the designated period, as gown collection will not be available during the rehearsal or graduation ceremony.
Please be ready to present the QR code received upon payment when collecting your regalia. If payment has not been made, you will have the option to pay online at that time or return once payment is complete.”
Guest Tickets
You can purchase up to 4 guest tickets for your graduation by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Each ticket is priced at 300 AED and should be purchased before Monday 20 October 2024.
From Tuesday 21 October, additional tickets, also priced at 300 AED each, will be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis, unlimited tickets per student.
We enforce a strict ticketing policy to allow an enjoyable experience for all guests. Children aged 4 and above are considered guests and require a ticket to enter the venue. Children under 4 years old are not allowed to attend the ceremony.
Latecomers may be required to wait before entering the venue. The Front of House team will guide them on the appropriate time to enter.
Rehearsal Day & Portrait Photography:
Tuesday 19 November 2024
Portrait Photography will open on the day of the rehearsal, Tuesday 19 November 2024, from 11:00 am, at the Emirates Palace Auditorium area. We encourage students to arrive no later than 2:30 pm.
The rehearsal will start at 5:30 pm and will last 2 hours. It is important that you attend the rehearsal as you will need to collect your mandatory name graduation card.
What is a name graduation card and why is it important?
This card is required for your participation in the graduation ceremony. You must hand it to the Master of Ceremony at the appropriate time so that your name can be announced.

Doors open at 5:45 pm
Ceremony starts at 6:30 pm
Graduates must arrive in advance and be present in front of Emirates Palace Auditorium at 5:00 pm.
In order to have a pleasant ceremony and to avoid delays, graduates arriving later than 5:30 pm will not be authorized to be on stage.
We are committed to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees. To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly request that all guests, including children, behave in a manner that is considerate of others.
If a child’s behavior becomes disruptive, we may ask the parents and child to step outside or leave the venue.
