SESTraC – Sorbonne Emirates Strategic Conference

The SEStraC is an annual conference to present defense objectives of countries and the tools to achieve those objectives. It is an opportunity to study declaratory and operational strategies of countries, and especially in the Gulf countries. These discussions will also study nonwestern strategic thinking and the way strategies are built and actioned, specifically in terms of decision-making and expertise. This debate aims to offer a multi-dimensional dialogue and a multidisciplinary analysis on states’ strategy in the military field. Researchers, experts, soldiers, economists, historians, government analysts, diplomats and industrials will share their visions on this occasion.
