Sports for Employees

At Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD), we are proud to offer a wide range of sports classes designed specifically for our employees and their families. These classes are a perfect way to maintain health, improve fitness, and enjoy quality time with loved ones in a fun and supportive environment.

Available Sports Classes

Our classes are held throughout the week, including convenient options from Monday to Saturday to accommodate various schedules. Below is a selection of the activities available:

  • Fitness Classes: Including Body wake Up, Shape, Sweat, Gym Coaching, fitness training, Weight training, Cross training, multi-fitness Bootcamp. These classes are designed to help you stay in shape, build strength, and boost cardiovascular health.
