Prospective students are encouraged to apply early (as soon as the first term results of grade 12 are issued by the school). Prospective students should not wait until their final examination results are announced.
Prospective students are welcome to apply to any of our programmes online at Apply Now or through NAPO for UAE national students. Prospective students need to fill out all the necessary information fields and submit the required documents. Incomplete applications will not be processed until the prospective student completes it. Prospective students need to proceed with the payment of a non-refundable application fee (AED 200) in order for the admissions team to start processing their application
The offer of admission is valid only for the academic year for which the applicant applies. The deadline for the prospective students to accept the admission offer is two weeks before the start of the academic year.
Prospective students can also come to the campus to meet one of the Admission officers to assist them with their online application and visit the facilities. Alternatively, inquiries can be sent to admissions@sorbonne.ae. You can use the 360 Virtual Tour to discover the campus.
The following documents are required to complete an online application:
- Transcripts of your last two years of high school
- Copy of the Baccalaureate diploma or High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Personal statement in French (for the bachelor programmes taught in French ) or in English (for the Diploma in Intensive French programme, Bachelor in Physics , Bachelor in Math, specialisation in Data Science for Artificial Intelligence , Bachelor in Records Management and Archival Science).

- For UAE Nationals:
- Passport copy along with Ethbarah and unified number page
- Copy of Family book
- Emirates ID both sides
- Exemption letter from the National and Reserve Service Authority (UAE male applicants between the ages of 18 and 30 only)

- International medical insurance valid in UAE

- French Aptitude certificate for the students applying for the bachelor programmes taught in French (B2 level diplomas: DELF, TEF, TCF, or SELFEE
- English Proficiency Exam: For the students applying for the Bachelor in Records Management and Archival science, the Bachelor in Physics and the Bachelor in Math Specialization in Data Science for Artificial Intelligence
- EmSAT (Following MOE regulations, the EmSAT exam is required for specific applicants; please refer to the following link for more details)
Attestation
All applicants are required to attest their High School final certificates and transcripts. Conditional admission is provided for selected applicants in progress of obtaining their attested documents. The documents must be provided within the first semester of enrollment.
Equivalency
is required for applicants who earned their High School Diploma from private schools in the UAE and from schools outside the UAE. Conditional Admission is provided for selected applicants not able to provide the equivalency document. Students will have to submit their equivalency before the end of the first semester of enrollment. Refer to The Ministry of Education's website
