Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi Celebrates International Day
9 March, 2023Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi celebrated the spirit of togetherness and inclusivity with a joyful “International Day”. Hundreds of students, faculty, employees, and their families joined the celebration that included diverse cultural activities and shows.
Mr Eisa Al Raesi, Head of Students Affairs Department, Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi said: “The event was a true celebration of our motto “A bridge between civilisation”, as it was a chance for us to celebrate our differences and our shared values, and it was a reminder of the importance of inclusivity and respect”.
“I am proud that we were able to put together this event and create a platform for our community to come together and celebrate the beauty of diversity”, He added.
During the celebration, different nationalities showcased their traditional costumes, authentic food, and traditional dances.
