International Mobility of Students
- Mobility IN

The three-year degree in Records management and archival science at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is designed in collaboration with the National Library and Archives of the United Arab Emirates. The programme is taught in English by doctors, professors and international experts to provide students with the highest levels of scientific and professional skills in a field that has been developing in recent decades. The catalog course is downloadable from our website.
A Memorandum of Agreement was signed in March 2023 with the Geneva School of Business Administration in Switzerland (HEG) to promote international mobility of students. Based on this agreement both parties agree to provide students to their institutions in the Information Science department (HEG-GE) and the History department (SUAD). As students coming from HEG, you are eligible for a full term at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi in the Bachelor of Records Management and Archival Science.
See with the HEG.

A Memorandum of Agreement was signed in March 2023 with the Geneva School of Business Administration in Switzerland (HEG) to promote international mobility of our students. Based on this agreement both parties agree to provide students to their institutions in the Information Science department (HEG-GE) and the History department (SUAD). Students enrolled in the Bachelor in Records Management and Information Science have both options: either to apply for a full term at the School of Business Administration in Switzerland (HEG) or to get a two-month internship in Switzerland (international organisations or Swiss institutions).
Only L3 students enrolled in the BRMAS programme are eligible to apply for it.
Students interested in studying for one term in Switzerland and/or to perform some internship there need to apply by mid of September of each academic year.
A jury committee will study the students’ application and will shortlist the eligible students. Shortlisted students will be interviewed with SUAD & HEG professors. The results will be officially announced within the week following the last interview. For the initial applications, students need to provide the following documentation to the below referral contact:
- Transcripts (L1 & L2)
- Motivation letter
- Parents’ approval to study abroad for students below 21 years old
Once a student is admitted, the academic programme will be prepared between both institutions accordingly. To get the ECTS credits, students must comply with this programme and to complete it. In the framework of an internship, students will be supervised by one SUAD referee and one HEG referee.
